PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE FOR THE FOODSTA REWARDS PROGRAM CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE
These Terms of Use apply to your access to, and participation in, the Foodsta Rewards Program. Foodsta Kitchens® reserves the right to change, modify and/or terminate the Foodsta Rewards Program and/or these Terms of Use or any policy or guideline pertaining to Foodsta Kitchens® at any time and in its sole discretion. Foodsta Rewards Program is applicated to only Foodsta Kitchens ® brands in India.
Foodsta Rewards Program Overview
ENROLL
To enrol in the Foodsta Rewards program and receive program benefits, you will first need to register in-store or online. The registration process may require that you provide certain personal information including name, email address, phone number, password and optional information (e.g., birthday, gender, nationality)
EARN POINTS
Foodsta Rewards Points are determined based on your spending at Foodsta Kitchens®. For every rupee spent, Rewards Members will earn 1 Foodsta Rewards Point. For example, if a member pays INR 200, he/she will receive 200 Foodsta Rewards Points. There may be limited-time promotions when Foodsta Kitchens® may offer bonus points on featured products and/or services.
To receive Foodsta Rewards Points for dine-in, members must notify Foodsta Kitchens® staff of their rewards information (email address or phone number on the account) prior to making payment.
Foodsta Rewards Points will only be valid for six months after the most recent transaction. Foodsta Rewards Points validity period will be refreshed with every transaction. Unfortunately, Foodsta Rewards Points will not be awarded retroactively.
REDEEM POINTS
Foodsta Rewards Points can be redeemed to offset any dine-in and takeaway orders. The current conversation rate is 10 Foodsta Rewards Points can be redeemed for 1 rupee off your order. Foodsta Rewards Points must be used in multiples of 10. For example, if Member has 68 Foodsta Rewards Points, she can redeem up to INR 60 off her order. There may be limited-time promotions when Foodsta Kitchens® may offer bonus redemptions on featured products and/or services.
WELCOME VOUCHER
By successfully enrolling in the Foodsta Rewards Program, you will automatically receive a one-time Welcome Voucher for use on your next order. Please refer to Member Account Details for the Welcome Voucher value and its expiration date. Welcome Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend value. Welcome Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Welcome Vouchers cannot be applied retroactively.
BIRTHDAY REWARD
Your complimentary Birthday Reward Voucher will be automatically loaded onto your account 2 days before your actual birthdate after you are entered into the Foodsta Rewards Program. Please refer to Member Account Details for the Birthday Voucher value and its expiration date (typically only valid for 1 month after the Birthday Reward Voucher is issued to your account). Birthday Voucher redemption is subjected to a minimum spend value. Birthday Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and may not be combined with any other discount, promotion or offer unless otherwise stated. Unfortunately, Birthday Voucher cannot be applied retroactively.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Additional personalized offers, promotions and event invitations may be distributed by email and SMS, so you must opt-in to receive such promotional offers from Foodsta Kitchens®.
MISCELLANEOUS
Foodsta Rewards Benefits (Points, Vouchers, Other) are loaded electronically to your Rewards account. You can view and track your available rewards on the Foodsta Kitchens® Mobile App.
Unless otherwise stated, only one Voucher may be redeemed with each transaction. This means that you cannot use more than one Voucher in the same transaction.
There are no membership fees associated with Foodsta Rewards Program. Foodsta Rewards Points, Vouchers or other Rewards benefits in the Foodsta Rewards Program are for promotional purposes only and have no cash value. They may not be exchanged for cash.
Foodsta Kitchens® reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your participation in the Foodsta Rewards Program if Foodsta Kitchens® determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms of Use, or that the use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful.
Foodsta Kitchens® also reserves the right to “unregister” and make ineligible for Foodsta Rewards Program any Member that has been inactive for two (2) consecutive years. “Inactive” is defined as having no purchase activity.
Foodsta Kitchens® reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, modify or cancel the Foodsta Rewards Program at any time and in its sole discretion by posting the revisions without giving any specific notice to you.
